Can anyone give advice on what happens after you take a company to an Employment Bureau?

Are these people there to support the employee or employerCan anyone give advice on what happens after you take a company to an Employment Bureau?
Do you mean tribunal? The tribunal is there to make a fair and balanced decision regardless of whether it's in favour of employer or employee. Employment law in the UK and Europe does tend to favour the employee although not so much in the US. If you're in the UK, contact ACAS for advice or view their website at http://www.acas.org.uk/Can anyone give advice on what happens after you take a company to an Employment Bureau?
One goes to an Employment Bureau looking for work. Why would you take a Company there? If you mean Arbitration Tribunal then they are supposed to be impartial.
